The first stage of our booking process begins with your initial enquiry. You can reach out to me through the contact form on this website. I’ll respond typically within 24-48 hours, to discuss your requirements and answer any initial questions you may have.
Consultation
Once we have established contact, the next step is to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your vision for the wedding, your preferred photography style, the timeline of the day and any specific shots or moments you want to prioritize. It’s essential for me to understand your unique needs and desires to ensure that I can capture your wedding day exactly as you envision it.
Contract and Booking
After our consultation, if you feel confident that I am the right photographer for you, we will move forward with the booking process. This stage involves signing a contract that outlines the details of our agreement, including the date, time, location, package details, and any additional services you require. The contract ensures transparency and protects both parties involved. I will also require a deposit at this stage to secure your wedding date exclusively for you.
Further Preparations and Updates
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we will enter the pre-wedding preparation phase. This stage involves further communication and collaboration to ensure that we are fully prepared for your big day. We will discuss any changes in the wedding schedule, finalize the shot list and address any other concerns or requests you may have.
Pre – Wedding Photoshoot ( Optional )
We can have an optional engagement photoshoot dedicated solely to you and your partner. It’s a great chance to build a connection, get comfortable in front of the camera, discuss any last-minute details in person and create amazing photos that will complement your special day and love story.

Finally, the most anticipated stage arrives – your wedding day! Relax, enjoy your wedding and have fun. I’ll be there to guide you if needed and ensure that we stay on schedule, all while documenting the beauty of your special day.

After the Wedding
Post-Production and Editing
This stage involves meticulously selecting and editing the best images from your wedding day. Each photograph receives individual attention to ensure optimal colour correction and any necessary enhancements. My goal is to create a cohesive and visually stunning collection that represents the essence of your wedding day.
Personal Online Gallery
Once the editing process is complete, I will create a personalized online gallery for you. This gallery will be a secure and easily accessible platform where you can view, download and share your wedding photographs with family and friends.
Wedding and Parent Albums ( Optional )
I’m excited to offer you the option of creating a beautiful, custom-designed wedding album to preserve your cherished memories. This stage involves collaborating on the album design, selecting the best images, and creating a layout that reflects your unique story. Once the design is finalized, the album will be professionally printed and handcrafted using high-quality materials. The finished product will be a timeless keepsake that you can pass down through generations.
